Tom Holland Is The New Spider-Man

As announced by Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios in a joint press release, with producers Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal, it is announced that UK actor Tom Holland will be Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the untitled Spider-Man reboot film in 2017. It will be directed by Cop Car director Jon Watts.

It is rumoured that the new Spidey will first appear on screen in next year's Captain America: Civil War.

The untitled Spider-Man reboot film will open in US on July 28, 2017.
